Agricole Sous Chef Marcelo Garcia will prepare char-grilled chicken wings in this current series. For the November 7 dinner he will be joined by Fluff Bake Bar's Rebecca Masson who will be selling chocolate cream and lemon meringue pies by the slice. Rebecca is doing pop-ups while Fluff is being repaired from flood damage.
The wings will be served tossed in a traditional wing sauce, served with a celery, radish and blue cheese salad. The wings plate ($15) and the pie slices ($4) will be sold separately while they last!
Each Tuesday the Eight Row Outdoor Cooking Series brings a different guest chef or team member from within Agricole Hospitality to prepare a special dish using live fire. The weekly event draws crowds eager to see what’s cooking on the grill.
