Tuesday nights at Eight Row Flint give Agricole Hospitality staff the opportunity to cook the food that personally inspires them. They grill, cook with live fire and step outside the daily menus of Revival Market, Coltivare, Eight Row Flint and Night Heron. The series shines a spotlight on the rising stars within Agricole, and for the month of April, the series will feature the front-of-the-house women of Agricole Hospitality and their Louisiana roots.
Food is served 5pm until sold out, and each plate is $15.
Roast Beef Po Boy with Pickles and Gumbo
Christina Ramey, general manager of Eight Row Flint, was born in Baton Rouge and grew up in Lafayette.
"When I drive through Lake Charles on my way to visit family, I always stop at a small Po'boy shop called Darrell's. The Darrell's special is my favorite, and I want to pair it with a cup of my Maw Maw's gumbo for a little something extra (a lagniappe!). This is not my first time cooking for a crowd. I graduated from the Art Institute of Houston in 2009 and have spent plenty of time working in kitchens. Bring it on!"
