Eight Row Flint chef de cuisine Marcelo Garcia is running the grill for the rest of the July, and he'll be serving up grilled flatbreads and wings. Marcelo is one of the few lucky ones with access to Coltivare’s dough, but he’ll be utilizing it in a completely different way—grilled over coals.
This week's flatbread will be topped with fresh tomato and shallots with olive oil & parmesan cheese. He'll be serving traditional Buffalo wings.
