Eight Row Flint chef de cuisine Marcelo Garcia is running the grill for the rest of the July, and he'll be serving up grilled pizzas and wings. Marcelo is one of the few lucky ones with access to Coltivare’s dough, but he’ll be utilizing it in a completely different way—grilled over coals.
This week's pizza will be topped with leeks, roasted potatoes and smoked gouda. He'll be serving Pok Pok-style wings (fish sauce).
