Although he hasn’t worked with us for a little while, Joey Luna has been a part of our family for years. Starting in 2012, Joey worked possibly every position possible at Revival Market, ending as Assistant Manager. And you know what his favorite role was? The early morning bacon slicer. If that doesn’t tell you the kind of special human that Joey is, we’re not sure what does. And now he’s leaving Houston! Joey, you know we’ve got your back and fully support you on this new page in your life, but we’ll miss you like crazy!
In honor of his last few days in Houston, Joey will be our Guest Chef at this Outdoor Cooking Series. He’ll be making chicken, sausage and veggie kabobs with cold pasta salad and a side of flour tortillas with tomatillo salsa.
