This month’s Outdoor Cooking Series is being kicked off with guest Chef Jared Harvey of Down House. He’ll be making Smoked Andouille Pita — smoked andouille sausage, Cajun red bean puree, cracklings, roasted poblano creme and fresh herbs — served with Heirloom Tomato Salad.
