Leonora Varvoutis, general manager and sommelier at Coltivare, will head down the street to share some wine knowledge—and plenty of delicious wines.
The evening will begin with a wine reception with cheese and small bites, followed by a tasting with Leonora. A three-course meal will follow, paired with the wines featured in the tasting.

About Leonora Varvoutis
Leonora Varvoutis joined Agricole Hospitality as general manager and sommelier of Coltivare in March 2018. Previously, she worked in management for Cherry Pie Hospitality and opened State Fare, Pi Pizza and Star Fish, where she was general manager. She spent a year studying wine in Europe, specifically in Alsace tasting rooms and in Italy’s Piedmont region at the Banca del Vino. Upon returning to Houston in 2015, she joined the management team of The Pass and Provisions, where she continued her study of Old World wines and fine dining before joining Cherry Pie. She received her early training from Pappas Restaurants. Leonora is a certified sommelier through the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. The Houston native is a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C.
