"In its most basic form, you have gin, Campari and vermouth. What I love about the classic cocktails is once you have the ratio down, you can really start to make it your own." Launched in 2013, Campari's Negroni Week has been a way for restaurants nationwide to give back through their love for beverage craft. This year, Coltivare, Eight Row Flint, Miss Carousel and Night Heron are participating with their own takes on the cocktail.
Adrian Perez of Coltivare is making Sussurro Bianco, which translates to "white whisper," made with Dolin blanc, Luxardo bitter Bianco, Copper & Kings immature brandy.
Eight Row Flint will be featuring a Negroni Spritz, Frozen Negroni, Traditional Negroniand Ranch Candy Negroni.
Night Heron will have a Silk Road Negronimade with chamomile infused Hawthorne's Gin, Italicus, Campari and pineapple.
Miss Carousel will be serving a Classic Negroni.
Agricole Hospitality is donating $1 for each Negroni purchased during Negroni Week to No Kid Hungry.
